  • Extended power outages that exceed the capacity of battery backup systems.
  • Client failure to perform routine maintenance or test the system as recommended.

5. Pre-existing & Hidden Conditions

ABC Company is not responsible for identifying or repairing pre-existing structural flaws, plumbing leaks, or electrical issues that are hidden behind finished walls, under floors, or beneath the soil, unless specifically outlined in your Scope of Work.

We may recommend or install products from third-party manufacturers (e.g., specific pump brands or membranes). While we choose high-quality materials, the performance and warranties of those specific products are the responsibility of the respective manufacturers.

7. Accuracy of Estimates

Online quotes or rough estimates provided without an on-site inspection are non-binding. Final pricing is subject to a physical diagnostic of the property to identify the exact source of water intrusion.
